The company has secured land in all four countries. It has also secured licences to grow cannabis in Lesotho and Zimbabwe, while licence applications in the other countries are in progress.

George Sim
Chartered Accountant
George is a Chartered Accountant who, after a number of years at partner level, now specialises in corporate finance as the Managing Director of Winning Corporate Services. He has previously worked as a partner, CFO, company secretary and financial controller for various companies, and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland for 30 years. Over the past 10 years, George has established investor groups in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, New York, London and every Australian state. He has listed companies on ASX, NASDAQ and Frankfurt second board.
Matthew Carabott
Head Agronomist
Matthew is Head Agronomist (Asia Pacific) for Eurochem, one of the world’s largest agrichemical companies. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for general technical support, research and development, and managing the regulatory requirements for the region. Prior to joining Eurochem, Matthew worked as an internal advisor in fruit and vegetable production for Woolworths, Australia’s largest supermarket chain. He has also managed an organic hydroponic farm, designating nutrient solutions and precision growing systems. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Biological Science from Latrobe University with Honours in Biochemistry.

Adrian is a goal orientated driver with a lifetime experience in the financial industry. A forward-thinking entrepreneur with a result-oriented mindset essential to securing a successful outcome. A Strategic leader of the group’s overall product roadmap derived from strategy sessions with the management team and our customers. Built and led core management, defined the company’s vision and aligned resources to execute on tactical and strategic plans. Rationalised resource investments by creating cogent and realistic business cases. Established and managed key relationships to achieve Botanapharms objectives. Led a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple countries executing and delivering a product roadmap to governments. Championed agile product management methodology focused on aligning a process-led, full life cycle implementation process. Extensive experience across multinational, expansion stage and start-up environments in Australia, South East Asia & Africa.
